Kames have worked closely with Sterling since 2009 on 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham, a prime asset successfully disposed of earlier this year. They approached us under their own initiative, and starting from scratch, added significant value by managing the acquisition of a complex detailed planning consent; and commercially (and technically) paving the way for a lucrative refurbishment of the Grade II listed building.

The process was very challenging, but Sterling managed to orchestrate an unopposed detailed consent to add an additional floor to, and bring back into use a historic Banking Hall cocooned within, a Grade II listed building. Our success is testament to their vision, talent, drive and influence.
