working in collaboration with some of the most talented architects, project managers, engineers and suppliers.

James Howarth

James Howarth has over 20 years’ experience in land and property, specialising in the planning, remediation and development of complex development sites.

Prior to Sterling PV James co-founded Abstract Land Limited in 2004, which was responsible for various developments such as Colmore Plaza, Birmingham and a number of complex land assembly deals in the south east. He leads the Sterling team managing their current development exposure to the regional office market (103 Colmore Row and B3.3N, MK), PRS (Great Charles Place) and student sectors (Exeter), liaising with funding counterparties and the full professional team.

Peter Graham

Peter has 40 years’ experience in construction, specialising in cost planning, management and delivery of development sites.

Peter has been responsible for the delivery of a number high profile developments; including the award-winning redevelopment of The Salvation Army’s global HQ at 99-101 Queen Victoria Street London, Colmore Plaza in Birmingham, Eagle House in Cannon Street; and representing forward funder’s interests on Thames Court on Lower Thames Street, and One Curzon Street in Mayfair.


Charlie Adcock

Charlie’s experience lies in acquiring sites off market and putting together funding and teams to deliver the project.

Prior to joining Sterling, Charlie worked for a Central London retail agency who helped to advise in the acquisition of Queensway and Whiteley’s Shopping Centre.

Andrew Hawkins

Andrew has over 17 years’ experience in the property sector, 13 of those years were spent working as a Building Surveyor in a leading international independent property consultancy.

Andrew advises clients on a variety of property matters ranging from dilapidations, party wall, and the contract administration & project management of large refurbishment and new build projects. This has included overseeing the refurbishment of circa 1m sqft of distribution and industrial facilities & several large office refurbishments.
